Payment
| About payment methods | You can choose to pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. |

About delivery and shipping charges

At our store, you can specify the delivery date as early as 3 days after receiving your order. ・Orders can be placed until 5:00 PM every day. ・We generally ship all year round except for regular holidays, but there may be occasions when we are closed for special holidays . If there are special holidays or special business hours, you can select a date that reflects that. ・We will ship according to your requested date and time, but depending on the delivery area and traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver on the requested date. In that case, we will deliver as soon as possible, so please understand in advance. ・Delivery schedules may differ during long holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's. Returns and Exchanges
| Regarding product returns and exchanges | Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations after an order has been placed, except for initial defects. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return or exchange it. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and it is damaged or soiled during shipping, or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered, we will exchange it for a new product at our expense. |
