Is it better to eat mazemen hot or cold?
Either way is delicious, so I recommend eating it either way, but I think it tastes even better chilled, as you can enjoy the aroma even more.

I placed an order but haven't received an email
If you have not received an email within 30 minutes of completing your order, it may be because you entered your email address incorrectly, or because the email has ended up in your spam folder due to the settings of your provider, carrier, or email software. If you have not received the email in your spam folder, please let us know by contacting us via the inquiry form. If you are using a spam filter, please make sure to set it to allow emails from "shopify.com" and "mazemen.jp."
Can you provide gift wrapping?
We do not provide gift wrapping or gift tags.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to accept your cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form.
How long will it take for my product to arrive after I place my order?
At our store, you can specify the delivery date as early as 3 days after receiving your order.
・Orders can be placed until 5:00 PM every day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
・We generally ship all year round except for regular holidays, but there may be occasions when we are closed for special holidays . If there are special holidays or special business hours, you can select a date that reflects that.
・We will ship according to your requested date and time, but depending on the delivery area and traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver on the requested date. In that case, we will deliver as soon as possible, so please understand in advance.
・Delivery schedules may differ during long holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's. Please check our announcements for the latest information.

Can I deliver to multiple locations?
We are unable to ship to multiple locations. Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order.
